About Jenny Pullen

Business Coaching and People Development

Whether I’m co-designing a leadership development strategy, facilitating coaching programmes, running practice labs, coaching individuals or designing bespoke development experiences, my approach is always:

  • Down to earth and pragmatic

  • Drawing on my Gestalt roots: working with what emerges, exploring patterns, choices and awareness.

  • To get curious beyond the surface level

  • To be bold to have the tricky conversations that need to happen balanced with the right amount of challenge

  • Focussed on people, dialogue and relationships

  • To bring it back to making meaningful and lasting impact

I’m not really one for arriving with a fixed script. Once I’ve got a plan, it flexes in the moment to make sure what we do hits the mark.

I’m not afraid to bring a little bit of playfulness and a quirky sense of humour where it helps people open up, experiment or see things differently.

I believe that:

  • Most people are far more capable than they think.

  • We don’t automatically gain the skills, awareness or confidence as we progress through our careers.

  • The world of work is fast paced and constantly shifting.  People and organisations I work with need real support to navigate challenges.

  • This is where my passion, energy and skills lie:  helping people build awareness, uncover capability, experiment with new behaviours and feel more confident and grounded in their roles.
